We found FM Landscape and Masonry, by discovering a house in our neighborhood that FM Landscape was currently working on. My husband was so impressed with the design and professional look, drove by on practically a daily basis to monitor the progress. One day he was able to speak with Felipe, who was kind enough to give him a tour. My husband was sold and couldn't wait to call for a quote. When we first met Taven, he listened to our thoughts, opinions, presented a portfolio of pictures, gave his professional suggestions and told us he would have drawings within a week. The drawings he produced depicted exactly the look we wanted, it was within our budget, and we felt more comfortable that FM Landscaping would deliver the professional quality work we desired.
Throughout the entire process, Taven and Felipe were always available to answer questions and give us guidance on plants, lighting and color schemes and materials. They gave us referrals where to find our fountain and side gate, and never failed to assure us how please we would be when our project was complete. I am writing the following recommendation letter related to the landscaping work his company performed at our home.
My wife and I really enjoyed working with Taven. He was very professional, attentive, and creative. Taven listened to what we wanted conceptually for our landscaping and came back with a beautiful rendition of what we had in mind. There was creativity and plenty of thought put into the layout. We were so impressed that we gave him the bid shortly thereafter, even before the rest of the landscapers came back with their bids.
As for the rest of the FM team, they were respectful of our home and always cleaned up after each day of work. They even made sure we had one-half of our driveway available at the end of each day so that we still had access to our garage. The job was done basically on time, as promised, and Taven even followed up afterwords to make sure everything was working fine. Overall, we were very pleased with Taven and his team. Fm Landscape & Masonry landscaped my new home in Anaheim Hills, California.

From the very beginning, when I first met with Mr. Cohn. I was impressed by his sincerity and his integrity. Mr. Cohn made the difference in my decision to use FM Landscape over another popular landscaper in our area. By the end of the project, my feelings has not changed. To the contrary, Mr. Cohn relieved my skepticism of people in his industry.

I have met many individuals in the construction business and found Mr. Cohn's dedication to perform a quality and thorough job to be unparalleled The project was completed timely and met my expectations. Further, Mr. Cohn paid very close attention to what I expected from the project and adhered to my vision, while not being afraid to voice his opinion as to potential problems he saw. I feel that the landscapers used by many of my neighbors listened only to my neighbors, without expressing concerns. As a result, unlike our project, I do not believe that their projects reflect the vision of someone who knew what they were doing.

Without hesitation, the Rodgers Family strongly recommends FM Landscape and Masonry for any size residential landscape and masonry contract. We found Felipe and Taven as honest, upfront and very professional in their approach to working with us on our project, which was large and somewhat difficult in design.

The quality of work is outstanding. FM is on time, responds to telephone calls and messages as you would expect a professional to do. The workers are courteous, friendly and, if you take the time to observe them at work, truly understand their craft. They clean-up at the end of the work day which really makes this type of project, more enjoyable. (i have noticed many contractors leave the job at the end of the day and weekend with debris scattered about the property. This I will not tolerate. I have never has to tell FM to clean up once.

I could go on in more detail about Taven, Felipe and their company, and express myself as you would normally read in letters of recommendations. But i would rather like to express it a different way.

I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. I realized that my approach to my cancer should be no different than my approach contracting out the hardscape and landscape to my yard.

1. I have a situation that needs to be taken care of. I want it done right the first time, and done is such as way that I would not have to re-do some or all of it later. I do not want to spend more than i have to, but i don't want to cut corners for the sake of the expense alone.

2. i want to hire the best. I want to feel comfortable with the surgeon or landscaper, and I want my wife to feel the same.

Once i realized this approach, my mental attitude quickly came around to be very positive. My recommendation of FM to you is just as strong as my choice for my doctor. Taven and Felipe are more to the Rodgers Family than just a former contractor, they are now our friends.

After buying a new home, the most difficult part for us was finding a reliable landscaping company. We received numerous bids from various companies. Our criteria for a good landscaping company was 4 things- honesty, reliability, a good price, and the use of fine materials. FM Landscape had all of the above. The FM team did an incredible job in putting together my landscaping and masonry in a new home that I purchased in Serrano Heights, Orange, CA. Prior to hiring FM Landscape and Masonry, I interviewed several other landscaping contractors. I will tell you up front that none of them were as responsible, reliable or professional as FM.

In brief, I wish to state that as a resident in a new home who had our landscape completed by FM Landscape, we have enjoyed tremendously our decision. In light of today's highly competitive market, FM was and ideal choice.
